Bio

I was planted in a small, organic, Nova Scotian garden. While I was just a sprout, I was carefully tended by a farmer who dutifully came by once a day and squashed the nasty potato bugs which attacked my leaves. From time to time I was harassed by rabbits, deer and porcupines who threatened to eat me before I was mature. I attribute my survival during these times mostly to luck and the presence of other, taster looking potatoes nearby. Recently I have been harvested and shipped away from my home towards an uncertain future. Will I be baked, mashed, made into a salad, or will I be replanted in order to reproduce?
